Happy Hump Day!

Tomorrow marks (in my opinion) the start of the holiday season!
It is also the period in which many people’s 2015 resolutions to stay healthy and fit are put to the test.

To help you stick to your health goals, let me share with you what I believe is the greatest fitness secret I have ever learned:

The ultimate secret is now yours.
And the best part about it is that it applies to almost EVERY goal.

Have you been pumping that lever for a while now?
Or maybe you’ve been on hiatus and now approaching the lever like a long lost friend.

Well this morning, I urge you to give it some hard pumps.
Do what it takes to bring you closer to your goal, knowing that your hard work today will just make tomorrow easier for you when you pump at it again.

  1. I’m a huge proponent of this, too. I think most people could easily plan a day to have a great workout and a clean diet. So, what’s missing then is the consistency. There are a lot of factors in addition to that, of course, including food addiction and emotional eating, but there are strategies to deal with those. Great post.
